RAC on-site (Peter Cosgrove); IL residents get priority. Aged care via ACAT or direct (higher cost). Zones named after war battles. Emergency buttons + onsite facilities.
Ownership (Felicity)
Licence to occupy — not freehold. On exit: unit back to RSL; ingoing contribution repaid less DMF and agreed charges.
DMF
10% non-refundable + 4%/yr over 5 years (20%) = max 30% of ingoing contribution retained.
Secure Labuan 1003
$2,100,000. Reservation Agreement → $5,000 fully refundable deposit → Disclosure Statement + contracts. Need ID for Dad and Sue to issue reservation.

Only 1-bedroom places right now — too small for 2 people (tripping hazard, she said). No 2-bedrooms on the horizon. Will call if a unit about to be renovated comes up in coming months.
RAC pathway
Pathway to residential aged care exists but not guaranteed (depends on availability). Tours usually only once something suitable is available.
